We checked out on the 13th only to rebook later on the 13th because our apartment wasn’t reDy. And it was after 6pm when booked our stay when we got to the hotel the desk Sargent said she couldn’t allow us in the room without $100 deposit. We paid credit card. And had to go to another hotel after getting $ on a Visa card she refused. So we are canceling our stay . The $100 p as I’d from our other stay had not been applied to my card yet so I didn’t have enough. So after 3 hours running around we got another hotel room in another town. But as the 6 day stay it was great.

The rate was good. When I arrived the check in was easy. I had stayed there before. When I got to my room it smelled like cigarette smoke. I went to the front desk and they came and checked the room. They quickly got me to another room ...which was better.

I'm pleasantly surprised at how clean the property was. The rooms were tidy; there was no trash blowing across the parting lot, and there was no row of broke down cars scattered across the lot.

The property was not far from Downtown and all the attractions that Chattanooga had to offer. Very clean & spacious.
